Spiced Fruit Punch

  • 1 bottle of Mixed Berry Cordial
  • ½ a 250ml bottle of concentrated Apple Juice
  • 4 litres of water
  • 1 orange - sliced
  • 1 lemon - sliced
  • 1 apple - sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Cloves - stuck into apple
  • A large piece of fresh root ginger - sliced
Put all the ingredients into a large pan and heat gently for at least 2 hours - alcohol can be added if desired.
