| Granola This malted, toasted breakfast cereal is delicious with cow's or dairy-free milk or yoghurt. Also excellent sprinkled on ice cream.
2. Gently melt the oil and malt or honey in a pan with 2 tbsp water. 3. Mix all the dry ingredients except the dried fruit. 4. Add the oil and malt and mix thoroughly. 5. Spread on large trays and bake for about 45 minutes until lightly golden, stirring frequently. 6. Cool. Add dried fruit and store in an air-tight container. |
