Vegetables to note: We have six different varieties of
potato this week, Sante (good for mash), Red Desiree, Premier,
Maris bard, Red duke of York and Remarka bakers this week.
Fruit to note: APPLES! APPLES! and more
APPLES!
We have SIX varieties of eaters to choose from, some NEW Cox, Worcester,
Discovery, Spartan, Russet and Fiestal. We have cooking
apples, Lord Derby, Bramley and Grenadier. ALL UK VARIETIES!
We have quince, for all you jam makers and NEW IN, Pomegranates.
Grapes are still the lovely fragrant ITALIA variety. Pears are
Comice this week and are UK. We also have a limited supply of
Pineapples this week only. We have Green Satsumas from Italy!
again.
OWN CROP:
Limited amounts of BROCCOLI this week. Gorgeous SUNGOLD CHERRY TOMATOES
and cucumbers.
CELERY is limited as are Runner beans and Beetroot.
We have lovely garlic to ward off all those nasty winter ills. We also have spring greens, spinach, and chard. Herbs;
Parsley, Coriander, Chervil, Fennel, basil,
tarragon, sage, lovage and
Rosemary.
